Under the new law, the public will be granted internet access to information, including the registered home address, On (1) all offenders who have been convicted of committing a lewd act with a child under the age of 14 or whose crime involved force or fear as an element; (2) virtually all sex offenders who have been convicted of two or more sex offenses in separate trials; and (3) Sexually Violent Predators. For the offenders who may have been innocent but were required to register as sex offenders will be found in a different way.
